Meghan Bastyr, RN planted her roots where the sky stretches wide and care runs deep. RBM wasn’t created to be a medspa — it was created to be a feeling: safety, being seen, and coming home to yourself.
Her decade‑long service to the nursing profession has shaped her into someone steady and intuitive. Her roots — admiring her husband’s hard work and dedication to the family dairy farm and the love she carries for her three children, the namesake behind RBM — keep her grounded in authenticity.
Seeing the need for safe, natural aesthetic care close to home, Meghan brought elevated, evidence‑based treatments to her rural Minnesota community. Today, RBM is a welcoming space for ALL, shaped by intention, compassion, and the belief that beauty should feel like you.
